Midnight Pancakes and Waffles (V2)

1 oz. bourbon whiskey
1 oz. amaretto
1 oz. Irish cream
1/2 oz. maple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice. Serve in glass without ice.

Notes

This is meant to capture the flavors of pancakes and waffles, although you can be the judge of how well it does that. This is the current version of the MPW signature cocktail, which has been served starting in 2025.
