Midnight Pancakes and Waffles (V1)

1 1/2 oz. bourbon whiskey
3/4 oz. amaretto
3/4 oz. cream
1/2 oz. maple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice. Serve in glass without ice.

Notes

This is meant to capture the flavors of pancakes and waffles, although you can be the judge of how well it does that. Please consider trying the current version (V2) which has a better balance of flavors. This is the original version of the cocktail, which was served until 2024.
