Dragon Smoke

1 1/2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. blue curacao
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. grenadine
seltzer water

Combine ingredients except seltzer water in a glass with ice. Top off with seltzer water.

Notes

Nonalcoholic variant: Substitute gin and blue curaco with nonalcoholic alternatives (my personal recommendations are The Spirit of Gin from Free Spirits and Finest Call Blue Curacao Syrup). This cocktail is based on Sky Railroad's "Ember" cocktail (inspired by Dragon Lord Ember from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic), which itself is a variation on the Tom Collins.
