Carrot Cake
- 1/2 oz. white rum
- 1 oz. triple sec
- 1 oz. Pennsylvania Dutch Pumpkin Spice cream liqueur
Shake all ingredients with ice. Serve in a glass without ice.
Notes
Something I came up with at Anthrocon 2025 because of a clearance sale on the liqueur. Can be made into a shot by halving all ingredients.
